MyMedia now allows users to create folders for organization of files uploaded to the platform. Here is a guide to how folders can be created.

1. Creating folders under "root"
The root folder is the default folder that has been created for you.


- Click on the folder icon.
- Enter a name for the new folder. Please note that at the moment, MyMedia has a restrictive limit of 15 characters for the names of folders.
- Make sure that you are creating a new folder under the root folder.
- Click on "Create".
- You will see the new folder shown like this on the left. You may now click on the name of the new folder to access it.
2. Creating a folder under another folder other than the root folder



- Click on the three dots next to the folder that is going to be the parent folder for the new folder.
- Click on "Add Folder".
- Enter a name for the new folder. Please note that at the moment, MyMedia has a restrictive limit of 15 characters for the names of folders.
- Make sure that you are creating a new folder under the intended parent folder.
- Click on "Create".
- You will see the new folder shown like this on the left. You may now click on the name of the new folder to access it.
