You might want to track attendance for your session. Some webinar tools provide this as part of the tool. If not, you might choose to set up a survey or other mechanism by which you collect information on who has attended. As with many online things, it is difficult to make attendance tracking 100% accurate, so consider this when deciding how strictly you will need to enforce it.
