Once you've configured your Encoding Software, you need to confirm that you're actually streaming.
Go to your Youtube Account.
Leave Wirecast open but switch to your browser.
- Open your avatar in the top right hand corner.
- Go to your Creator Studio.
- Ensure that the "Live Streaming" Vertical Tab is selected.
- Confirm that the status of your Livestream is "Live" and green.

- Open your avatar in the top right hand corner.

- Ensure that the "Live Streaming" Vertical Tab is selected.
- Confirm that the status of your Livestream is "Live" and green.
You're streaming!
When you have concluded your stream, make sure you go back into Wirecast and turn off the Stream button.
Your stream will automatically process on your YouTube channel under Video Manager > Videos.
At this point, you can share the URL to the stream or you can download the MP4 to upload to another hosting service (like MyMedia).
